Seen at the Archives

 Bronze looking seal of the Maine State Archives.  It graces the wall facing the vestibule.

 This picture says it all.  The typist had a bad day at the office and the letters would not go straight for her.  See below as well.

Gone are the days when you went into the bathroom to smoke.  this is an ashtray which was a staple of bathrooms and other gathering spots in times past.  Now it is against the law to smoke in the building....anywhere in the building.
