We received word today that we will be moving to Keene, New Hampshire for the last part of our mission. We expect to leave here by Memorial Day weekend.
I am not looking forward to packing up the stuff we have. As I noted in previous posts, some of my clothes are "finished" as a result of the washer and dryer here at the apartment. that should cut down on some stuff that we have to haul onto the next assignment.
Presently we are doing about 6 books per day and each one is about 500 pages. At this rate we will be finished really really fast.
We were supposed to do some extra papers but the humidifier here at the Archives burned out last week and it will be a few weeks before a replacement will arrive.
and so it goes. I just hope that we do not get any reworks between now and then.
Well, I was hoping for North Carolina. I figured you'd be in Raleigh and could meet my daughter and we could see you when we go back in August when her baby is due. But I must say that summer in New Hampshire will probably be better than summer in North Carolina--weatherwise.
