There was a thick fog again this morning and I took a
picture of the state house and it was so mysterious. Much like the goings on inside I
suppose. I said as much to Anne and she
agreed with me.
Today was a thick Chocolate Fog day. Jeff handed me a bunch of papers to flatten
out and I mis-read the title and blithely went on writing up the papers for
them only do discover that I was in the wrong court term and of course the
names did not match. So I went to him
and asked him to find the term that I had already written out over 200 papers
for, and he did, and they are now humidified and flattened out and ready for me
to put in the papers; Should be a breeze
on Monday.
By the time I am done, we will have through the April term
of 1808 finished. Whooeeee! That is more than I expected to have done.
Art announced that on Wednesday we will have cake etc. to
celebrate our leaving the archives. I
hope that it is not a sad occasion.
We thought we might have enough bread etc. to last the
distance, but no, we had to go to Hannafords one more time; Needed money for
the washers and driers to do laundry as well.
It is the weekend and we do have conference this weekend but the laundry
has to be done no matter what.
I wonder what it would be like to have 365 pairs of
underwear, 365 outfits to wear, 365 pairs of shoes and the list goes on and on
and on………………..I think I would need another house just to house the lot.
