this is how you do it! You need three men. One to move the stencil, one to observe and one to find the sprayer and spray paint in the middle of the stencil. There always has to be at least one observer. I wonder if it is his job to use a theodolite to determine the exact placing of the stencil? This is necessary for Geo caching!
All over the parking lot these men have painted new cross walks, parking stalls, directional arrows and it seems like they have had a field day.
So after you place the stencil - you go get the sprayer and paint the center of the stencil.
Then the non observer gets the glitter stuff to put on the wet paint so that the arrow that they are painting will glow in the headlights and tell you which way you can turn and what road you can travel.
OOPS! the stencil slipped I guess.
However, we must not expect too much of the Gum'm'ent workers.
It is good to know that I am not seeing double here - maybe not get new glasses after all.
It appears that they have a new gum'm'ent issue upgraded stencil set that does not match the one they used last time. Aaaahhhh! life is surely a challenge.
