Just as Yeast leavens the lump (causes the flour mixture to increase in size), to make bread, so do we hope that our efforts will help increase the "lump" of genealogical information for those who seek their ancestors. Not just collecting names, but rather preserving records of people whose descendants seek them.

Blaine House - Governor's Mansion in Augusta, Maine.
They really were doing house cleaning when we went through today. they had hosted a number of military Brass for some sort of Military celebration and the vacuum was strategically placed so that visitors could see that it is a working home and people work in the home. the governor lives upstairs with his family.
I took 36 pictures of the interior of the Blaine House on the tour that we took today. The lady who took us through was very knowledgeable about the house and its contents. I did try to put all 36 pictures up at once but my computer told me "not today, and tomorrow does not look good either."
So I will be putting them up a few at a time.
