A missionary Experience

Today Bill and I went with the Elders to teach a lady they have had contact with before.  We found her in the Low Cost Housing provided by the city of Augusta.  She has a one room apt. with one bed, one small table, tiny apartment sized refrigerator, small stove and no amenities except a toilet and bath in the adjoining broom closet arrangement. She lives there with her small son who is 2 1/2 years old.  Her other child has Cerebral Palsy and lives with her mother, his grandmother.
She has not met with the missionaries for about 3 months but is willing to take up where she left off.
In an effort to help her gain a better perspective on life and to better her life situation she needs to be taught what is available to those who accept Jesus as her Savior, as the first step.
I have seen people take this step, and their lives have become appreciably better.
I have seen what the Lord can do with people who take his hand and trust in his promise.
We are hoping that this lady will accept the invitation to come to Christ and improve her life and what she can accomplish with His help.
